Entry-Level Trader Development
for pre-qualified candidates
We designed our Trader Program for recent university graduates who aspire to pursue a career in stock trading.
Upon acceptance, candidates will undergo an intensive one-month training program.
After completing the initial trading program, successful candidates will be offered “Junior Trader” positions within our Hedge Fund. These traders will continue receiving six months of education while trading on a real live account.
Process

Step 1
Send us your Resume and Motivational Letter answering:

– Why you believe you will be a good Trader -
Step 2
We will review and decide if we will invite you for a round of assessment interviews with the Lecturers and Trading Managers to qualify for the Trader Program.

Step 3
Once you pass the assessment interviews and qualify for the Trader Program, you will undergo a 1-month structured training consisting of lectures, videos and manuals. You will also be studying for the “Series 7” Exam, which will mark your passing the Training.

Step 4
If you pass the “Series 7” exam with at least 75%, you will start trading for our partner Ace Trading Hedge Fund as a Junior Trader. For the next 6 months, you will continue to attend daily classes.

Step 5
After 6 months, you will become a “Mid-level Trader” and while you trade, you will attend weekly training sessions. At this point, you will be well ahead in your career path as a Professional Trader.

Our Trader Program is continuously updated and improved, and includes the following core components
- Ace Trading’s comprehensive trader program is led by our Head of Trading and Trading Development Directors, successful traders with years of experience. The best part? It’s completely free of charge.
- Trainees start by trading under supervision, using allocated capital from our hedge fund. This hands-on approach allows trainees to gain real-world experience from day one.
- As part of the program, trainees will rotate throughout the trading floor to learn new strategies and find their own unique trading style.
